복싱 입문 13일차 : 복싱 1개월 후기
1.고혈압 당뇨 비만 판정 후 큰 충격을 먹고 복싱에 입문한지도 한 달이 지났다. 2.초반 열심히 출석했다가 바쁘다 아프다 핑계로 최근 출석이 뜸했지만 그래도 꾸준하게 운동을 하고자 마음을 먹는다. 3.체중은 4kg 정도 감량했는데 실제 복부 지방이 눈에 띌 정도로 감소했고 체력이 확실히 좋아졌다. 4.고혈압 당뇨 수치를 아직 검사하러 병원에 방문하지 못했는데
