- 미국-EU-캐나다 뭉쳐 일대일로 견제 나섰다 미국, EU, 캐나다는 11일(현지시간) 미국의 정부 기구인 해외민간투자공사(OPIC)와 양해각서(MOU)를 체결하고 중국이 추진하는 일대일로를 견제키로 합의했다. OPIC는 'Overseas Private Investment Corporation'의 약자로 미국의 정부기구인 ‘해외민간투자공사’를 이른다.
